Our business process
Our business process
At JG Communication, we use the same business process to manage all the projects we undertake. We always establish the scope of the assignment before we begin writing tenders or proposals for solutions. This gives us an opportunity to identify the actual needs involved in the assignment. Analysis, strategy, concept, design, key messages and production are the stages of the work that lead to the delivery of the actual product or service requested by the customer. After the project is completed, we carry out a final assessment based on the defined goals.

Which requirements need to be fulfilled? Which business goals are we working towards? During this stage, we listen and ask questions, define the requirements that must be fulfilled and the target groups, and make the assignment more tangible.
Analysis & strategy
Analysis and strategy
We analyze the customer’s brief and consider the selection of target groups that has been made. We make sure the choices are the right ones. Once the target groups have been defined, we create a communications strategy that includes the activities and resources required to achieve the goals we have established in cooperation with the customer.
Concept, design & message
Concept, design and message
This is where our creativity gets a chance to shine. We create the concept, develop design proposals and produce messages for the assignment. The common thread is a focus on what needs to be said, by whom, and how the communication should be expressed.
Production
Production
We have the required production capacity in-house, so it’s easy for us to take the concept to the next stage – production. Having all the required competence and resources in-house allows us to save time, keep track of costs and ensure that project team members work closely with each other.
Assessment
Assessment
Assessments vary depending on the extent of the assignment. Our assessment report always includes an evaluation of the project team’s efforts and the established goals, but can also – if requested – include an impact assessment of a campaign, website, magazine or similar publication.
