At JG Communication, we use the same business process to manage all the projects we undertake. We always establish the scope of the assignment before we begin writing tenders or proposals for solutions. This gives us an opportunity to identify the actual needs involved in the assignment. Analysis, strategy, concept, design, key messages and production are the stages of the work that lead to the delivery of the actual product or service requested by the customer. After the project is completed, we carry out a final assessment based on the defined goals.

Assessments vary depending on the extent of the assignment. Our assessment report always includes an evaluation of the project team’s efforts and the established goals, but can also – if requested – include an impact assessment of a campaign, website, magazine or similar publication.
